Outside, veranda with sink and barbecue. Independent on all sides with ample space for car parking. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven plus microwave, toaster, dishes of all kinds and drinking water. Towel and linen service on request. 400 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the equipped beaches Lido San Lorenzo and Agua Beach. A few kilometers from the naturistic oasis of Vendicari and the beach of Calamosche. At 3 km the seaside village of Marzamemi and the city of Portopalo. Nearby the cities of Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse famous for the Baroque and Greco-Roman art. Check in after 16:00 Check out before 10:00 Prices are calculated for a maximum of 5 people, any additional bed must be agreed in advance with the owner. Among the most interesting places to visit the Vendicari Oasis, the Calamosche beach, the island of currents, the seaside village of Marzamemi and the city of Portopalo. A few kilometers also Noto, the European capital of the Baroque, Modica, a baroque city, a UNESCO heritage site and very famous also for its chocolate, Ragusa Ibla, Pozzallo (from whose port you can reach Malta by hydrofoil) and Syracuse full of museums and sites archaeological from the Greek Roman era. È vicina allo splendido mare (400metri facilmente percorribili a piedi) ma sufficientemente lontana dalla via principale e quindi assolutamente silenziosa. Fresca sia di giorno che di notte (basti pensare che nonostante sia fornita di impianto di conzionamento non lo abbiamo mai utilizzato), ha una bella veranda coperta dove consumare i pasti. Antonio è un padrone di casa ottimo, sempre disponibile ma assolutamente discreto e non invasivo. La posizione poi è ottima per chi vuole visitare le bellezze della Sicilia sud orientale (Noto, Siracusa, Marzamemi, l'Etna o spingersi sino ad Agrigento a visitare la Valle dei Templi). La posizione è ottima per andare al mare (5 minuti in bici - a disposizione degli ospiti) e per girare in auto città e coste vicine. Casa accogliente e pulitissima, fornita di tutto, con un giardino stupendo attrezzato con griglia. Il signor Antonio è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato tantissime informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, pulita mobili nuovi, funzionale. Non manca niente, dal ferro da stiro al tosta pane. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Straordinarie le biciclette per scendere a mare. Non che fosse lontana la spiaggia, ma la bici non dispiace. In ogni camera si trova un ventilatore, ma non serve perché la casa è abbastanza areggiata. Il panettiere che ogni mattina passa sotto casa con squisite brioche e pane fresco, non ha prezzo! Jul 15, 2016 #### Soggiorno a San Lorenzo Abbiamo trascorso in questa villetta una settimana piacevolissima; si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, a due passi dalla bella spiaggia di San Lorenzo (3 minuti con le bici messe a disposizione degli ospiti) ed in posizione strategica per poter visitare i dintorni. Le foto sono molto attendibili, gli interni sono nuovi e puliti. Noi eravamo in 4, con una bimba piccola per cui abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario (lettino da campeggio e seggiolone), ma ci si può stare comodamente in 5 o 6\. La villetta è spartana negli arredi ma dotata di tutto il necessario x rendere gradevole la vacanza. C'è un ampio spazio esterno con il bbq, biciclette, lettini e ombrellone x il mare.
