This villa features the typical Mediterranean style, it is surrounded by a well-kept garden and ample, panoramic terraces with sea views, and it also has a small swimming pool (3.00 x 5.00 meters and 1.30 meters deep). Villa Matilde is of recent construction, it is characterized by fresh, cozy rooms decorated with great attention and taste. At the ground floor we find the living/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom (king size bed 180x210) with en-suite shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor (accessed from outside) there is one more double bedroom with en-suite shower and a terrace. The villa comes complete with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower. Beim ersten Mal hat man etwas Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden aber anschliessend kein Problem, da man über den Hauptzugang von der Strasse her reinfahren kann. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war unserer Meinung nach okay/gut. Wie bereits beschrieben ist die Lage und die Ausstattung grundsätzlich gut. Man hat portable Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand inklusive. Allerdings mit einem Schirm etwas wenig für 8 Personen. Ebenfalls negativ aufgefallen ist, dass nur eine bestimmt Anzahl kwh im Preis inbegriffen ist und man alles darüber bezahlen muss. Für den hohen Preis der Unterkunft, doch ungewöhnlich und unserer Meinung nach nicht angebracht. Kontaktpersonen vor Ort sind super hilfsbereit, kommunikativ und freundlich. Alles in allem hat uns aber der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen, mit den kleinen abers, wie oben genannt.
