The property offers convenient bathroom facilities, with two on the ground floor just steps from the bedrooms—one equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, and the other with a bath, handheld shower, toilet, and sink. Additionally, the twin room on the upper floor boasts its ensuite family bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and sink 

Living Space:
Millwood boasts a spacious lounge with a comfortable corner sofa, an additional two-seater sofa, and a Smart TV, along with a sunroom for a peaceful morning cuppa and outdoor views. Perfect for the children, the upper floor hosts a playroom with a fold-up single bed, TV, board games, and property Wi-Fi. 

Kitchen and Dining:
The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, and gas hob, while the separate dining room features a large table and ample seating for guests to gather and discuss their day. Additionally, the property offers desirable amenities including a dishwasher and cafetiere.

The property offers two well-groomed gardens, with the front garden providing picturesque River Bure views, ample space for outdoor activities, and a driveway with parking for two cars (with extra parking available on the upper driveway). Guests can enjoy a barbecue for summer evenings and bring up to two dogs to roam, play, and relax in the spacious grounds.
