"When I got thre the property was already a disaster the porch looked like it was barely put together. This cabin is shoved right next to where the host lives and that porch was in shambles. The host had music playing outside and took him about 30 minutes after I had to ask him for check in instructions to respond. The property did not look to be in a safe area like the host said it did. I had walked in and put my stuff on the table so that I could inspect the place before I unpacked. Safe to say...

"We were not given check-in instructions or check out instructions. The hot tub was lukewarm after turning the heat on for over an hour. The pool was green. There were dead roaches on the bathroom floor and in the living area. The windows all needed curtains. There was no food or drink amenities available. There was no information left regarding the Wi-Fi. Parking was unclear. And the TV remote was broken."

A fantastic hotel! Wonderful, friendly staff. Easy to find. Convenient location. A mix of restaurants right next door (we loved Chuy'S!!) Breakfast was simple but well stocked and tasty. Our room was spotless. The only complaint I would have...we had to go home! This is a great place to stay! If I'm ever back in Houston, I'm keeping this place on speed dial!!!

We felt right at home at the Residence Inn. Our suite was perfect. Every need for our comfort was available. Kitchenette was complete, cleanliness was on point and we could not have asked for better.

I’m not sure it’s possible to say enough good things about the staff during this stay. The customer service was extraordinary. After checking in, my room key didn’t open my door; when I returned to the front desk, I was, without asking, issued a voucher for a free breakfast. When I asked why I was being given that, she replied, “you shouldn’t have had to come down. Hopefully this makes up for it.” Also, I booked my stay here almost solely because of the guest-use laundry facilities. After seeing...

This hotel has what you everything you need. The room we booked has two queen beds and a sitting area. Yes, you'll find a fridge, microwave, and coffee. And there is enough coffee for 2 cups of regular and 2 decaf. The front desk gave us bottled water when we arrived. Everything was very clean. The breakfast has hot items- in addition to the typical buffet breakfast and I liked that the yogurt choices included a plain, no sugar, option.
