"In the booking confirmation from Expedia it states there is a number to contact the guesthouse on, at least 24 hours before arrival. We contacted the property 2 days before, and arranged a time for arrival. Unfortunately on arrival at Koprivshtitsa, we were unable to find it as there didn't appear to be street names except for the main roads. I contacted the number again and was texted an address (40 pop bogomil - which was different from the one given by Expedia). We asked for more information...

"This hotel was well equipped and a fantastic value.. correction, an unbelievable value (when I booked anyway). They have a gym and a pool and sauna rooms...plural. They have breakfast buffet which is in my opinion pretty good. The rooms aren't luxury, but they are comfortable and clean with adequate bathroom facilities. The area is close to transportation and a walkable distance to a touristy part of town. It's in a university student area of town. The staff was a little cold to deal with,...

"If you choose for a budget hotel, you will get a budget hotel. But, this property is way better than we expected! There was plenty or space for 2 people, there was a kitchen that worked fine and the sleeping part was seperate. Few things: the beds did not sleep very great (matrasses were really hard) and the shower overflowed when you shower more than 10 minutes. Overall a place where I could stay again!"
