Location is one minute walk from metro station. Property is clean, well maintained; room is small but comfortable. Made to order breakfast is very good. Note: there is no elevator; ask staff to help you with bags.

Great location. Easy to walk to the city center. Tons of good restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect and the place was clean. Except for 1 pillow cover that I got (I didn't feel it was very new) haha

Sauna and Spa facilities need to be maintained, over half were closed down.

Lovely hotel in a leafy suburb with 4 great restaurants within a short walking distance. Easy to get into downtown Sofia by car, bus or taxi

Great facility with great friendly staff. Incredibly well maintained and top rated service. This will always be high on our preferred accommodations. Shout out to the housekeeping staff. Thank you.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, conveniently located to a huge mall.
