« Check in took about an hour. Because we booked from Expedia it goes to a private check in. Which I have never experienced. So the people at the resort have no part of the check-in process…You have to make sure that you sign an agreement directly with the host of the property. Which I had no idea about. It was definitely frustrating. »

« Can’t count on having water when you need it. As in, water stopped flowing in the middle of my shower. My son was using the other bathroom and he decided to finish his shower using the public shower by the pool next to the beach. Can’t count on water to flush toilets, wash hands, run dishwasher or washing machine when you need it. This isn’t a ‘Mexico’ problem either.
