I paid for an all inclusive stay and when I arrived, they did not honor that. The worst part was the housekeeping. I requested for waters and coffee every day and not once did the stuff arrived. Not once said they changed out my bedsheets. At one point, I even stopped the housekeeping lady in the hallway and she refused to hand me any waters or coffee. I do not recommend the stay. I feel like they want to be tipped every single day in order to give you good service. That’s not how it works. We pay a really good decent amount for the stay to additionally have to be tipping the housekeeping staff in order to do a good job. Please look elsewhere."
