I surprised my husband for his birthday and the hosts arranged a cake and the decor as well. The house is squeaky clean and the view is breathtaking. The breakfast they served is so good. The fruits so sweet and fresh. I loved it and wanna go back soon. I miss it already

Spacious building with a beautiful beach on the property. The hosts, Warren & Janet, were welcoming / friendly but not smothering. Would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were very friendly and introduced us some great spots around. They responded the message promptly if you had questions. The house is next to the lake so you could enjoy the tide sound on the balcony and in the dining room. Breakfast was nice and with many healthful and fresh fruits. Although the bathrooms were shared with other guests during our stay, the hosts made a lot of efforts to maintain their cleanliness, and frequently did sanitation works. The bed was comfortable, and our stay was enjoyable.

Perfect for a person seeking inspiration from nature. The soothing sound from the lake ensures a restful night. The view from the deck is mesmerizing. If shared-bathroom does not bother you, this place is an ideal rest stop.

This is the curest little motel I've ever stayed in. It's owned by a husband and wife who obviously take great pride in taking care of it. It was very clean. Very well maintained and definitely had a lot of extra touches in the decor. The only things we disliked was that there was no access to ice or food after 4 or 5 in the afternoon.

The property is owned /run by couple Warren and Janet. They are very welcoming (we checked late at 10pm) and ensured we had the best stay possible. Property location is great (Dyer's bay view). Breakfast was excellent, kids loved it. We will definitely go again.

There was no air conditioning in the room, only in the common area controlled by the ever lurking manager Warren. The shared washroom was inconvenient. The walk down to the water is treacherous with no stairs or handrail . Breakfast was ok. I cannot recommend this property.Although the cottage itself is pretty.

Wonderful property, very clean and great view of the lake. The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place! Just note that bathrooms are on the main floor and bedrooms are up a tight spiral staircase.
