New stainless fridge and dishwasher, new washer and dryer, new furniture, new windows and new tile floors. This secluded and relaxing home is open, bright and sunny with complete privacy, just a short 5 minute walk to Cold Storage Beach where you can relax, go for a walk, or take in the beautiful sunsets with spectacular views of Provincetown. The house is uniquely sited with conservation land both in the front and back, where you can enjoy peace, quiet, gentle breezes and spectacular sunsets. There is a spacious outdoor shower. The house is situated a short car ride to the Cape Cod National Seashore, minutes to Provincetown’s restaurants and galleries, Pamet Harbor, and a 1-2 minute walk to serene Village Pond. Truro Vineyards is less than a mile away. The house is an easy walk to Salty's Market, Chequessett Chocolate, Terra Luna or Captains Choice Restaurant. Highland Links golf course is only 1.5 miles away. This is a unique location with complete privacy that will guarantee a relaxing and memorable vacation. Open floor plan with 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Easily sleeps 8+. Central A/C and outdoor shower. On the first floor there is a wraparound deck on three sides of the house, and an additional deck off one of the bedrooms upstairs with spectacular long range views. On the first floor you will find: • Oversized family room with gas fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, cable, wireless and substantial book and DVD library. • The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with every amenity. • A large bedroom with a king size bed, skylight, fireplace and a slider to private deck, • Full bathroom with skylight and Jacuzzi tub, • Dining area with a table that comfortably seats 10, • Multiple sliders to a wraparound deck where you can sit back, relax and breathe in the salt air. • Bedroom with a new queen bed, slider to the private deck and an ensuite bathroom. • Mudroom with a full size washer and dryer On the second floor you will find: • Bedroom with 2 full size beds, • Bedroom with a queen bed, and a private spacious deck with long range views overlooking the beautiful conservation land with a small view of the water. This is a great spot to take in the spectacular sunsets. • Full bathroom Outside: • There is an enclosed, private, large outdoor shower and ample dressing area to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. • There are plenty of outdoor chairs/seating areas available on the deck as well as a bocce court with chairs to sit sip, and enjoy the games! There is also a large, new picnic table to enjoy your lobster cookout without having to worry about making a mess! \*There is a Weber gas grill. \*There is an outdoor gas firepit with plenty of seating. Basement • The basement has a ping pong table, and a table to play games, relax with puzzles, or to look at your newly found shell collection. There is also a comfortable leather sofa and sitting area with a large tv to play video games or watch DVD's. Playstation 3 is attached and ready to go! (please note this tv is not connected to cable tv). • The basement also has a slider to the back yard to easily store bicycles, if it rains. House Rules: PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, EACH RENTAL MUST BE FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK, AND ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS ARE ACCEPTED. Pillows, linens and towels are provided. The basement has a TV and play station, table tennis table, and lots of board games. On the main floor, the kitchen was spacious, there were large dining area and living room with comfortable couches. The upstairs was a bit stuffy (we stayed during a very warm week), but had two nice bedrooms and a full bathroom. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard for evening gatherings. Only two small complaints: the mattress on the main floor futon was shot. Impossible to sleep on. Also, we weren’t enchanted with Cold Storage Beach. It’s a long half mile walk from the house, and the water, while warm, is loaded with seaweed most of the time. Our grandchildren wouldn’t go in it! However, Corn Hill Beach, about fifteen minutes away by car, was much nicer in every respect. But all in all, we’d stay at this property again. This is a wonderful house in an unbeatable location. Walkable and bikeable to the beach and to a market (with awesome breakfast sandwiches and bagels), great seafood at Captain’s Choice, and Chequesett Chocolates. Surrounded by conservation land but a short drive to the national seashore, Provincetown, and outer cape activities. We got a national parks pass and spent time at Herring Cove, Race Point, and Marconi beaches. House was comfy, clean, spacious. Owners were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Lots of fun games in the house including ping pong. Great outdoor spaces for eating, lounging, and star gazing. If you go with kids, check out the Puma Park playground nearby. Four adults and 4 teenage boys were very comfortable and the house was so nicely laid out and decorated. We loved the spacious feel of the home and the deck and all of the furniture were just great. We spent time walking the conservation trails down to Cold Storage Beach; mornings on the deck with coffee and books til the boys woke up :) Afternoons at Herring Cove and Head of the Meadow beaches where we grilled out on the beach. Stopping off at the fish market to bring home cherrystones, oysters, shrimp cocktails and chowder to enjoy on the deck. We all very much enjoyed our time - it was so relaxing! The house was fantastic and we really hope Mindy and her family have a great rental season! Super large rooms, fantastic renovated and modern kitchen, plenty of social seating areas (indoors and out) so our big group could spread out. Very conveniently located to Provincetown, Wellfleet and the many surrounding smaller towns and beaches. We recommend buying a town beach pass for access to all Truro beaches-- which offer much variety and levels of accessibility. With thoughtful consideration to guests of all ages, the owners have many games available and we really had a good time with the ping-pong table too!
