We saw loons, an eagle, Canada geese, Blue Jays, Robins, orioles and other birds. We enjoyed the quiet peaceful surroundings every morning and evening on the screened porch. The property is well kept, clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were great and accommodating. We made memories to last a life time. I hope to return again in the future. "

"The hotel matron was absolutely delightful and kind. The building, tho older is well maintained and extremely clean. The lobby has so much natural light, making breakfast a joy. The clientele was a mix of short trip folks and extended stay laborers. Very quiet and peaceful. The hotel shares a cul-de-sac with a gas station, ice cream shop, pizza parlor, subway and liquor store. "

"I like everything about the hotel on the second floor and Barbacoa restaurant below on the first floor. The owners were easy to talk with and if I were in the area I would definitely stay here again. Note: No elevator but my wife are used to stairs."
