Nicely remodeled home
Unfortunate that Ian storm took away birdcage around pool. House on corner lot/ not any privacy and buggy a few evenings/ couldn’t sit out on lanai.Pool and hot tub were nice. We have large pool at our home and rate for using pool is much too high for the size of pool.Overall nice property.wished it was closer to beaches for us.

Property manager very attentive and responsive
Some sewer and electrical issues arose unexpectantly but the manager was on it every step of the way. Those issues were fully resolved and won’t happen again, I am sure. We had to buy a memory foam mattress because the master bed was very hard. There is no dresser in the second and third bedrooms which meant open suitcases had to lay around and be in the way. Those could easily be fixed with the addition of 2 dressers.
