About this property

Beautiful Heated Pool House with Backyard Oasis

  • Welcome to North Port private pool house with everything you need to enjoy your Florida vacation. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath and and great backyard. Enjoy open concept floor plan with great room, formal dining room and breakfast area. Large screened in lanai offers additional entertainment space around heated pool.
    Located 20 minutes away from Venice and Englewood beaches, interstate 75 is 2 minutes away.
    Separate laundry with washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs.

    ★ POOL HEATING ★
    During the cooler months ( November till April) there is a $15 per day charge for pool heating. Pool will be set to 84 F and run on a schedule from 9 am -5 pm. Please also keep in mind the pool may not reach preset temperatures if outside temperature is lower than 70 F during winter and spring season.

    ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
    Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate any pets including service animals or emotional support animals.

    ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
    Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

    ★ SAFETY ★
    Adults on premises are fully responsible for supervising children at all times. We are not responsible for any accidents that happen indoors, outdoors or in the pool area. Please no running and no glass near the pool.
