The hotel staff are wonderful! Very clean hotel rooms. However, the carpets throughout are very dated and in need of steam cleaning!

To no fault of the staff the computer check in system malfunctioned and initially would not allow the clerk to select the room I had booked. The system read that the room was available but not selectable. The clerk did a great job at fixing the issue and continuing the process.

Very nice breakfast server who kept everything filled up and available for breakfast. Property was worn looking with paint chipping and scratched. Shower showed some black mold near the caulked area.

We stayed here a year ago and I remember the bathroom being somewhat cleaner. King Bed comfortable but we don’t like full sized beds so chose the king room.

This hotel is on par with others in this market: clean, quiet and comfortable. What sets this one apart was breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, and the gentleman servicing the breakfast clients was excellent too. He was extremely helpful.

I was extremely disappointed that I could not cancel this reservation due to the bad weather in this area. No travel advised and I couldn't cancel? But if I had booked this reservation directly with the hotel, I am sure I could have called and canceled. I won't ever be using Expedia again.

Decent Stay, Very Run Down
Stopped on our way home from being out West. Hotel is pretty dated. Furniture in room was really wore out. Not the cleanest, dead bugs collected on window sill. Not that the room wasn't cleaned well, it's just run down past the point of a quick clean getting the job done. Duct tape to seal up window, which makes me thing bugs collected after the room was last cleaned. Very pet friendly though, which is a big plus.

Wonderful hotel, courtyard for dogs
Love this hotel. Very nice rooms, the courtyard where the dogs can be free is so wonderful after long days traveling in the car. Really appreciate the hospitality of this hotel.
