Being on the top floor was not an issue, as the elevator was always available. Well stocked kitchen (though we rarely cooked), plenty of towels, comfy beds, good air conditioning. Expected the condo to be facing east out to the ocean for perfect sunrises. Though it doesn't, early morning coffee on the deck was still enjoyable. Owners might consider having one lounge chair available on the deck, plus a couple low sitting, lightweight chairs available to use on the beach. Would love to return!
