« They need to stepped up the buffet breakfast to more varieties of international cuisine. There’s very less options and seems like the food tastes needs more quality checking in advanced. There’s very less breakfast options very limited and repeated in a weeks time. The quality is not quite to what we(from outside the country) is accustomed to in a hotel foods normally served in international hotels. They need considerably place at least labels of what the foods are made of considering...

« Cleanliness- bathroom tile grout need cleaning. Seen a few cockroach coming out of the drain in the bathroom. The bathroom faucet is moving. Need to tighten up fixtures. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Just need to quiet or lower thier voices early in the morning. I totally understand, the morning staff are busy, but lower down thier voices. We can hear thier conversations throughout the hallway. The walls are not sound proof. Too early, people are still asleep. »

« Hotel conçu pour un climat chaud ( air conditionné, ventilateur, très aéré ) mais Baguio, c'est la montage, 1 500 m d'altitude. Donc il fait froid partout : chambre, salle de bain, restaurant. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres. Des ouvertures partout, c'est bien pour la proximité avec la nature, mais des courants d'air qui amplifient le froid. Hotel avec un beau potentiel, mais pas adapté au froid, c'est dommage. »
