Away from it all, sea, sun & stars.
This is a perfect holiday home for a family group. There was rooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The welcome breeze off the mountains, the owners advice on keeping windows and shutters closed in the day, and the floor fans absolutely did the job of keeping us comfortable in 38C heat. Noisy air con was not needed. We loved the spaces to eat outside, always a shady spot when you needed it. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach at dawn and dusk. We drove out to visit other beaches for lunches & more swims. Visited Nafplio twice & Epidavaros Theatre & Museum but mostly relaxed on beaches ( lots of useful beach paraphernalia available) & ate at 'home'. Michalis & Jannis were available by phone for any issues; broken lights & fan were sorted promptly. Some great instructions supplied including the video to find the remote road. We would highly recommend this beautiful, rustic, uniquely Greek property. Especially enjoyed with a cold beer on the patio under the amazing stars watching the geckos.

Stunning
It was a perfect get away. Stunning views, simple, unpretentious. We had everything we needed for 4 children and 4 adults. 10 min walk down to the beach and a beautiful walk along the coast Astros

Maison avec beaucoup de charme, proche de la montagne et avec une vue sur la mer.
La plage quasi sauvage est accessible à pied. Dans les environs, les villes de Nauplie et Astros sont accessibles pour passer une agréable soirée. Attention, pas de climatisation, donc au mois d'août c'est chaud (mais il y a des ventilateurs efficaces). Denis

Vacation
Me and my 5 friends had a great vacation. It’s a nice house with beautiful terrace. The house had everything we needed and has a beautiful local beach. To reach the house you need to drive an uphill, offroad street for 200m, so it’s good to have s skilled driver. There was a time with water shortage but the owner was helpful and the problem got solved. Also, we couldn’t avoid some insects in our apartment. But very cute were the cats that we’re around our house and chilling with us. The most I enjoyed were our meals on the terrace with beautiful view.

Relaxing week at a nice place
We had a nice stay in August. The house has a nice athmosphere. The cat family living there, are so pretty. The location is beautifull and the beach below the house was the best we have found in this area, very quit and never crouded.

Berge und Meer
Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist etwas schwierig zu finden und sehr eng. Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage. Von einer Terrasse Sicht aufs Meer, von der anderen Blick in die Berge. Die zwei Wohnungen sind nur über die Außentreppe verbunden. Es gibt in jeder Wohnung ein Schlafzimmer. Die restlichen 6 Schlafgelegenheiten sind in den 2 Wohnzimmern. Für uns zwei Personen war das kein Problem. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir mussten nur einige Dinge vorher reinigen. In Anbetracht der Temperaturen verbrachten wir schöne Stunden auf den Terrassen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut und hilfreich.

We had a wonderful time here!
The house lies in Lileika, a bay outside of Xiropigado. There is a nice and quite beach in just 7-8 minutes walk and great rocks and a gorge above the house.

Tres belle maison pour detendre
Très très belle maison, joli jardin, plusieurs terrasses avec vue sur montagne ou mer. Belle plage très peu fréquente à 10 min de marche, retour un peu plus longue car çà monte. Difficile a trouver si pas de description exacte. Monte en voiture un peu raide. Petit problème avec frigo solutionne très réactif. Seul bémol : La description des couchage et lit n’était pas très clair: il existe que une véritable chambre avec porte par étage. Dans l'appartement en bas les deux lits sont séparés d'un rideau du séjour et cuisine Dans l'appartement il y a que un véritable lit double et deux supplémentaires simples se trouvent sur le les canapés du séjour. Certes il peut contenir 10 couchages, mais que 6 véritable lits, la précision en amont évitera des déceptions. Sinon nous avons passe un très belle séjour, avec la beauté des veilles pierres, et la joli terasse. Bon rapport qualité / prix.

Tolles Haus - wahnsinns Ambiente
Tolles Haus in idyllischer Lage ( Auto dringend vonnöten). 600 m bergab zum Meer - super Strand, glasklares Wasser. Das Haus hat zum Runterkühlen Ventilatoren. WIFI funktioniert prima. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter klasse. Eine erholsame und sehr ruhige Location.

Haus sehr schön. Die Betten allerdings feucht und die Wasserpumpe sehr laut, direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer. Auffahrt schwierig. Es war auch nicht ersichtlich, dass das Haus sehr weit ausserhalb liegt

Exactement ce que nous cherchions .
Merci pour ce petit sejour . Calme , soleil , magnifique vue sur la mer ( dommage les fils électriques ! ) les maisons sont propres , bien équipées ,on s'y sent un peu comme chez nous .... Le seul bémol est peut être un problème de pression avec l'eau . Sinon vraiment , je recommande à toute les personnes souhaitant visiter le peloponnese . Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer michalis alors , merci à lui . Florence , Axel , Robin , tom , Sukie , Noah , Luke

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, große Terasse mit Meerblick, schön eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer und Bäder, herrliche Strände in nächster Nähe, gute Erreichbarkeit von z.B. Mykene, Epidaurus, Argos, Nafplion (mit Mietauto).

Quiet location in the nature with sea view
The traditional house is a bit outside the village in the mountains with a nice terrace with sea view. It is calm and provided with everything you need. We really had a relaxed stay there. Communication went without any problems.

superbe maison bien placée
La maison de Michalis est très agréable. Superbe vue sur la montagne et la mer. Grande terrasse à l'ombre le matin et le soir pour manger au son des cygales. Il fait un peu chaud dans la maison mais la multitude des ventilateurs rend la température tout à fait acceptable. Maison très bien placée pour les plages et les visites : Oympie, Nauplie, Mycène, Mystra,.villages d'Arcadie... On recommande vivement !
