North Fort Lauderdale Vacation Packages

Ok the fact we had no desk for check was terrible. I could not check in due to a code for door and room acess never being sent to my email resulted in me not checking for 3hours until I was told about a sister property 3 blocks from where I was stay had to walk in the rain to the siater property for thwm to grant me acess codes to get into my room now at 3am. I wouls likw to be reemburst for that night and day. My TV had no working batteries and once I go batteries the TV volum did not work.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

El lugar es Limpio y el personal muy agradable

Room was very clean. Location was good. We were not able to use any of the amenities like paddle boarding, or kayaks due to so much seaweed. The smell was also horrible. There is no beach at this hotel. Upon check in there is a $100 PER DAY deposit nor a notice of a resort fee thought this was all included in the hundreds I had already paid to stay here. When I checked out there was no notice once again about a resort fee that would be charged when I left I got a notification from my bank that $300 was withdrawn from the hotel when I called they said it was for the resort fee. I said resort fee? This was not discussed at check-in or check out. So long story short this “resort” was not worth all the money we paid. All we did was basically sleep here and leave for the day to go to the actual beach or site see.
