« Nous avons eu une chambre accessible aux fauteuils roulants, elle était au rez-de-chaussée, grande chambre, très grand lit (deux lit de 100x190 collés l'un à l'autre). Tout était très propre Ils nous ont donné un pass pour ne pas payer le parking jusqu'au lendemain 15h. Le petit déjeuner était très très copieux. Le seul hic : la pression dans la douche (eau chaude mais peu de pression), mais c'est vraiment très souvent en Angleterre. Le personnel était très sympathique. »

« the whole experience was fantastic, a warm welcome by all staff. we had an issue with our heating not working in our room, an attempt was made twice to repair it but unsuccessful, we went out for Dinner and was offered another room late evening, although the offer was appreciated we felt it was to late to move. all in all a very lovely hotel and we will hopefully return soon. »
