Amazing place to stay if you have kids. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub inside and playground outside. The only complaints i have is the pillows were too small and the beds too low but over all very comfortable stay and pet friendly. The stadd was amazingly kind as well!

Staff was great, pool was great. The room was very dated and a few light fixtures and the bath fan didn’t work. The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool with no complaints. It was out of season so 112$ with tax not much to complain about.

I had a good stay. I liked the friendly staff, the clean room, the hot water and strong shower. The breakfast and the coffee were also good. The hotel itself is somewhat rundown and in need of renovation.

They did not plow parking lot. Requested plowing night before due to early departure, they did not plow leaving 7 inches of snow. Car stuck at one entrance while other entrance plowed in completely. Took over an hour for hotel to respond with any help. Meanwhile no other guests could enter or exit the property. Terrible safety hazard. Police & AAA would not respond due to it was hotel responsibility.

Bobby in the dining room is great. As is Margaret on the front desk. Parking lot right out front could use to be cleaned. Rooms are comfy and clean other than no box springs. And lighting above bed leave something to be desired and trying to read a book

I would not stay here again. Don’t let the lobby fool you- the rooms are not clean and uncared for. The slider lock to the outside was broken, curtains worn through and broken, wall paint all scraped up, bed platform worn out, tub rusting (or we don’t know what the stain is…), the entire place needs to be vacuumed. Overpriced (at least during the dates we were there)- we paid $210 and $230 per night plus taxes. There are plenty of other options on the same road - find somewhere else to stay!!!

We were given the wrong room on check in and the person at the desk was not friendly when I requested to switch to the room we had originally reserved. The room was fine, but could use more than the one trash can in the bathroom. Could also use some updating as there are several chipped areas on the walls and doors. The lights on the desk did not work and one of the wall outlets did not function properly.

During our stay the Hotel didn't have hot water. The hotel theme is amazing but the property condition is dirty specially you can see the mold on the wall and floor of the pool.

Customer Experience
The suit I paid for was double booked, so they game me a regular room with no prorated refund. For 4 days, no room service, so I took care of my own trash. I also had trash left from the previous travelers. The balcony door wasn’t closing tightly, so there was freezing air coming inside making icicles on the door. I was counting days to leave the hotel to go home. The skiing in White Mountains was amazing though. Never ever this hotel again. Better choices all around.

The Green Granite Inn looked nice online, but went downhill as soon as we got there. Worn out would describe it. Cranky staff. Suite didn't have enough bedding - none for pull out sofa, no toilet paper, broken privacy doors, moldy coffee in pot, broken window blinds, broken light on balcony, VERY LOUD GRINDING HEATER, nasty "breakfast" open to grabbing by kids with no supervision, and a herd of trampoline elephants in the room above. Took us 6 trips to front desk to get things that should have been in the room to begin with. Never Again.
