2nd year in a row!
This property is in an amazing location and worked out well for our family vacation. We were here last year as well so we were able to see the owners made some updates in between to keep the property maintained. It would be nice if the dishes were swapped out for something like Corelle so more could fit in the cabinets given the amount of people that can sleep in the house. Check in and Check out was super easy. Would stay again.

perfect family house
We loved our stay at this home. It had plenty of room for everyone to all be together or to retreat to separate areas when they wished. It was clean, well equipped, and centrally located. Some of the family went skiing while others went shopping and to lunch. We all had a wonderful time.

Great house and host
The house was perfect for our large group. The teens loved having the living room downstairs to hangout away from the adults. We walked to town which was just a little bit over a mile but a nice walk. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. We would stay again!

Comfortable for large family gathering
The house was plenty large enough for all of us. The house wasn't dirty, but wasn't real clean either. Driveway was biggest concern. Tough to get in and out of with any amount of snow. Very steep. Would have been nice if hot tub and fireplace were operational.

Great Location and cleanliness
Overall this is a Great house. It is a situated right in Conway and close to everything we wanted to do. The house upon check in was extremely clean. We were a group of 11 who get together every year for Friendsgiving. The fact that the table did not have enough chairs (one of the chairs had the pad nails pocking through and could not be used to sit on without a pillow) for us all to fit around was disappointing (the table was big enough just not enough chairs). In addition, there were only 9 forks. I would have thought a house that shows it can accommodate 18 + people would have had more tableware. Some of the beds were very squeaky which caused some complaints. I would say overall it was a good stay.

Great Location
We had a wonderful time. The property has a great location. Close to Story Land and fantastic biking trails. The owner accommodated us and let us check in 2 hours early which was very nice.

Great Location!
Our extended family stayed here to celebrate my mother in law’s retirement. Our group had ages 2-72 and everyone had a great time and had plenty of space. Our host was excellent about communicating as well. Overall it was an enjoyable vacation for all!

Had a great time, house is very clean and plenty of space. The setup of the rooms in the cellar worked out perfectly for the 5 teens in our party. Location is great, the kids walked to mini golf. We would definitely rent again. Thanks Sagar!

Yearly Storyland Vacation
This super clean and spacious house was perfect for our three families. All of the rooms were a good size and the four bathrooms were key. Kids had a fun time with the basement level bunk beds and living room TV area. This house had everything we needed in every room. Hopefully we can stay again next year! Thank you!

Great property for a large group
Myself and 13 other guests fit comfortably in the house and we found the amenities to be sufficient. The property is a short drive from downtown North Conway making the location very convenient. All of the appliances in the kitchen worked great and a keurig coffee maker is included. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this property!

Great home, clean, spacious easy access to local businesses, owners very accommodating, 5 minutes from Cranmore. Disappointing jacuzzi was not up and running which I wasn’t aware. Other than that great place would book again.

Nurses weekend
We are a group of cardiac icu and hospice nurses, who all grew up together. We try to get away twice a year to spend 4-6 days enjoying some time relaxing and catching up. We have been going to North Conway NH for about 15 years. This house was wonderful. Tons of space for our group of 7, the decor was charming, the living room and dining area were great for being together to hang out, have some yummy meals and our traditional game night! The kitchen has more cooking and convenience supplies than most rental homes do, we brought some of our favorite food prep items with us as we always do because we love to make gourmet meals together, but we didn't need to, this house had a great variety of kitchen tools. The views from the huge sliders are beautiful and the house was warm and cozy. Sagar was awesome to deal with, so helpful, flexible and accommodating, he is a super easy host to work with. We will absolutely return to this property!

Birthday get-away
The house was great for our needs. Good kitchen with a big table. The downstairs bunk room was perfect for our group of teens who wanted to hang out together. Also, the location is close to the North Conway town center which made it very convenient to get around.

Wonderful Location
This was a wonderfully well loved home! We had age ranges from 18 months to mid 70’s all in the house. The house is in a cute little neighborhood where we could walk the dogs and kids. We were walking distance to a cute mini golf/arcade place. The house is so close to settlers green and downtown North Conway! We loved if we needed anything it was a hop, skip and a jump away. The house was perfect for the whole family and dogs. The kids were able to play inside and out without any worry and with plenty of space. We highly recommend to anyone that has a family and want to spend quality time together in a nice central location!

We booked the same place approximately 9-10 months ago which was one of the reasons why we wanted to book it again. However this time the place was trashed! From the garage, there was a really strong smell of garbage because the trash was not picked up for weeks. We couldn't even use the trash during our stay! The kitchen was fine however the dishwasher was not bolted or the bolts got loose so when we were trying to load it, it felt like it was going to tip over. Living room was an absolute disaster as there were stains dripping down and the carpet was absolutely disgusting. The carpet got to the point where it needs to be replaced. The shades to the porch was falling down as the evening sun was boiling the living room and A/C wasn't performing well because of it. It sleeps 14 but there was definitely not enough towels and the ones provided were not clean. I would NEVER book this place again as we would MUCH RATHER BOOK 2 smaller places than booking this place again no matter how much the cost would be. Truly disappointed. Akin ATA

Dear Akin, Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you had a less than desirable experience during your stay at our home. While nothing I say in my response will change your experience, I do want to provide some context to. some of the issues you raise. The trash is picked every Tuesday and hence you saw them piled in the garage. Most vacation rentals in the valley require guests to self dispose the trash the generate at a nearby dump. We do not require guests to go through this inconvenience, but then sometimes there is excess trash at the house awaiting pickup. Due to COVID19, we have been unable to get anyone into the house to professionally clean the carpets as we do every 6 months. I do agree, there are some stains in the living room and stairs, however, I do not agree that it is "disgusting" and "needs replacement". Similarly, we take great pride in providing a clean house and this is evident from our reviews here and on A_i_r_b_n_b. I dont agree that towels were dirty. We get them laundered after every guest. I would typically not respond to avoid coming across as providing excuses to justify the house. While I agree that your experience was less than what you had expected, it is definitely not worthy of your 1-star review. We invite you to stay with us again, and allow us to make up for the shortcomings this time. Kindly, Sagar.

Great Place for a Big Group
I stayed at this property for 8 days with my extended family. There were 16 of us in total, ranging from 3 months old to 68, and we all loved it! The property was very clean, and the location was great. I did have to contact the owner a couple times, an they very promptly got back to me and addressed the issue. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful spot!
Such an amazing spot! Easily accommodated all 16 people. Beds were comfortable, the whole house was very clean, and amenities were great. We particularly loved the little fireplaces and of course the hot tub. The house is close to the supermarket and little restaurants and was a short drive to Attitash for some great skiing. Would love to come back and stay again!
