« The positive first: A very nice and helpful lady is the keeper of the place. Unfortunately the negative is heavy. Everything is very old, the room is small, the mattress is terrible, the tiny bathroom is smelly and a major noisy road passes 100 meters away. The breakfast is not on site but in a coffee shop on the other side of the busy road. « Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience. »
