    A 7-night Friday-to-Friday rental reservation is required during peak summer weeks. Many of our homes offer flexible stays with a 3 night minimum in the off season - ask our Reservation Specialists for more details.
    Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)
    We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out

    Welcome to Misty Meadow. Completely renovated condo complete with all amenities including Central AC mini splits and WIFI , conveniently located in a quiet area of N. Chatham.

    Our condo which we remodeled with great taste and attention to details. We love that the area is quiet and it has a nice patio where to sit to enjoy a cup of of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset. We hope you feel right at home as soon as you walk in!

    Let Us Tell You About This Home:
    Situated in a very quiet area of North Chatham offering private conservation views from this charming one bedroom, first floor, end unit condo. An open floor plan with hardwood floors are throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, with granite counter tops and a small cafe table.

    Enter into an open living and dining area with sliders to the common backyard area. The living room has a Queen sleep sofa and flat screen HDTV. The Bedroom has a Queen bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Convenient living all on one level!

    Outside - just off the back deck, you will find a (private to the unit) gas grill. The washer/dryer is located in the basement and is private. There are mini split AC units in both the bedroom and living area. The A/C will keep you cool and the WiFi will keep you connected! Stroll up to the end of the road to find a great little coffee place- best muffins and good sandwiches too! Nice outdoor patio for your enjoyment. Come stay in this little get a way and enjoy the charm of Chatham!

So clean and cute. Love the ocean vibe throughout the home. Bed and couch were super comfortable!

End unit and one level which was easy for loading/unloading our travel gear. Perfect spot mid Cape to get to local beach or National Seashore. Sliders to deck to enjoy the bunnies, birds and our morning coffee. Kitchen was perfect for a bit of home food preparation, but nice restaurants were less than 10 minutes away! We loved Misty Meadows:)

Charming and cozy apartment

I had a wonderful time at this charming and cozy apartment, It has been remodeled with great taste and attention to details.The area is quiet and it has a nice patio where to sit to enjoy a cupo of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset. I felt right at home since the moment I walked in. Everything is in excellent condition and the instructions are easy to follow. I would definitely recommend it to others and would come back for sure.

Loved the convenience of this property. We've been coming to Chatham for many years and hope to be able to rent this unit again. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed, well-supplied kitchen with excellent appliances. Very quiet, backing up to conservation area.

Beautiful Condo

My family and I had a great stay this past week. The condo is very well maintained and very clean. The condo is decorated very nicely and has beautiful crown molding and finer finishing. The location is great. Beaches near by, shopping, etc. I would recommend this property to all.

109 Misty Meadow Lane Chatham

What a beautiful condo. It is as beautiful as the photos. Clean, bright, and welcoming. Felt right at home. The condo is in a convenient location to access the entire Cape. It sits in a building which houses 3 other units. The other units are owner occupied. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Of you enjoy walking, running, or bicycling there's a path which is right at the end of the road. Unfortunately for me I brought my road bike instead of my fat bike. There are many things to do in the area and short drives get you to nice beaches either along Route 28 a mile away or to the Rock Harbor Beach in Orleans, or upper Cape or West Dennis. The owners left many thoughtful ideas for travelers as well as many nice little necessities in the apartment. All are close if traffic is light. Of course this year was not as busy. It is great for couples or small families. Enjoy!!

Fall Get Away

We enjoyed our stay in North Chatham. The condo was centrally located, yet off the beaten trail. Downtown Chatham was only a few miles away. We were walking distance to Chatham Perks coffee shop. The property itself was well appointed, including a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the outside deck and view. We would rent this property again.

Comparison

Because we had rented a second property through an Agent, we can appreciate the service you gave us. It turned out to have a very unfair restrictive occupancy clause, essentially prohibiting us from having family for dinner. We appreciated having a place we could go comfortably without censorious criticism and second guessing, And your accommodations were cleaner , newer, more dependable, than the other.
