The property is very nice. The front desk employee was fantastic. I stay at a lot of hotels and have never had an employee at check in cone around the desk to hand me my room keys and give an overview of the hotel amenities. She went above. No dining options close within walkinv distance but just a short car ride away. Close to hospitals and post secondary.

For 200$ a night, the room was very average, they gave us the handicap room which had a very low bed. About the bed, it was very lumpy and so uncomfortable. The pool was a joke, so tiny not worth the experience. All and all, not a nice stay. I wont be going there again

The room was kinda small for 2 adults and 2 kids (double queen room). Not a lot of room for baggage, etc. Facility was excellent, clean, breakfast was good.

We stay at North Bay hotels all the time and thought we would stay at the Fairfield Inn this time. We were very disappointed with our stay. We booked a King Room via Expedia 24hrs before our stay and when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have the room we booked and paid for. At the time of booking (24hrs before) there were numerous room choices online in different price categories available. We chose a more expensive room choice that of a normal King room with a seating area. What we got was a handicapped accessible room which we didn’t book with no seating area and handicapped facilities. We were staying at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and that is why we booked the king room with seating area etc.. The handicap/accessible room wasn’t what we booked /paid for and had in mind for our evening. Further, the hotel advertises 7am free breakfast. We had to leave the hotel by 7:15 am so we arrived in the breakfast area at 7am. Unfortunately none of the actual warm breakfast items like eggs and bacon/sausage etc (we don’t know what was offered as it wasn’t out) was available until we had to leave. We left at 7:20! We would hope that if a 7am breakfast is advertised that it is actually available at 7am and not 15-30 min later. So between not receiving the room we specifically booked and paid for and not being able to have breakfast we think our $233 room a night wasn’t worth it and won’t be staying here again unfortunately.

We booked 4 rooms at this hotel based on the review, and after we arrived the staff was very helpful, and polite. One of the vanity having some problems, and they sent the technician right away and the problems fixed right away. The breakfast was very good with different choices for different people. The only draw back is the swimming pool is too small, even kids don't want to swim there.
