Southern Charm nestled on the outskirts of Augusta, GA

This sleepy Southern home is in the centered of a suburb of Augusta GA. 5 minutes from the hospital district and 10 minutes from the Augusta National. Outdoor picnic area with grills ready to be fired up. It is a home with several units (independent) of the main home. The cost is $300 per bedroom which includes 3 units along with the main floor residence.

Unfortunately this property is not Vrbo ready. My husband and friends stayed because there was literally nowhere else to go because it was Masters weekend. Homeowner was nice but listing needs to be removed.
