One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is located on the basement/garden level and has some sewage-like odor, so sleeping in that space did not work out for us. "There's much to like about The Yellow House, with one major exception. The bed is quite comfortable, and while smallish, the quarters are comfortable as well. "This is a good property close to a lovely Atlantic beach that is good for surfing and body boarding. The property is secluded and there is a lovely pool that you share with one other property. The kitchen is sufficient for self catering and there is a supermarket close by. The location is good for exploring North Portugal, including the Lima Valley and the Miho boarder towns.
