Summary:  
  
The Current Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.  
  
Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability.  
  
\-All utilities included in monthly rent  
  
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.  
  
We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street.  
  
Beach chairs are available.  
  
The Space:  
  
Bedroom 1: First Bedroom has a queen size bed  
  
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bed  
  
\*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.  
  
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.  
  
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.   
  
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The location of this property is pretty great in comparison to beach access! We were only a couple blocks from beach access. The beach in this area is also much more relaxed than the main VA Beach. Theres also options to drive to eat. Our main concern for the lower rating review is the cleanliness of this apartment. First thing we noticed was the smell, like old second hand smoke. Then there seemed to be a film on everything. After taking a shower we noticed in the bathroom there seems to be bleed through from second hand smoke evidence through the paint in several spots. There seemed to be a lot of dirty spots on the walls, and my kids feet would be black after walking around barefoot after showering. The bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned recently, or maybe had been sitting since the last cleaning? The couch also had random light staining. It would have been a much better experience if it as cleaned properly. Especially for the nightly price we paid. When staying at properties like this you know other people have stayed there and don’t expect cleanliness to be absolutely pristine all the time. This was very far from that in my opinion and made it hard to relax.
