Beautiful sunny and bright with high ceilings, 1 bed/1 bath over 1000 sq. ft. and a great location on Granby Street, near Waterside, restaurants, shopping, office buildings, colleges and more, all outside your door! Condo has light hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen, 4 large windows facing Granby Street and has beautiful city views. Separate bedroom with good closet space and dedicated office space. The building has an elevator and is a very close distance to your door. Secured building..

This location on Grandby is in the heart of the action and a great location for a visit to Norfolk and the nearby Scope Arena. The property was excellent and well maintained. Our host was top-notch! Definitely recommend you give this property a try!!

Great location on Granby Street. The running joke was that everything is two blocks from Granby. The loft studio unit was nice. Everything was functional. good water pressure in shower, comfortable bed. no complaints and I would stay here again.

Clean, centrally located, spacious...very VERY nice. Even with the bar across the street with the noisy patrons, I loved this place. While that may sound like a negative, it is absolutely not. This place is the prototype of a perfect VRBO spot. It is walking distance to just about anything you might want to do or see in and around downtown Norfolk. I can't say enough good things.
