Wrap-around front porch greets you with rockers for relaxing. Guests will enter the home with the given door code. The first level is an open floor plan with a kitchen, eating area, living room, and half bath. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 46" TV with Roku and high-speed Verizon FIOS wifi. The kitchen boasts all stainless appliances and granite countertops. The home is fully equipped for family meals including a gas range, double oven, extra large sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster with all needed cooking utensils and dining ware. The backyard is fenced with a 2-story deck with a natural gas grill and patio with a wood burning firepit. The second level offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. Luxurious master shower with dual shower heads and temperature controls. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with access to a full bath with tub/shower across the hallway. During the stay, guests are welcome to use the full-size washer and dryer also located on the second level. A desk for some office work is located in the nook across from the laundry. On the third level, there is one large room containing a queen and twin bed. There is also an attached bath with a tub/shower. All bathrooms are fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels. The tankless water heater and high water pressure allow for a relaxing bath time. Minutes from residential beach (all odd number streets have public beach access), public boat slip, Ocean View Fishing Pier, beachside parks, Old Dominion University, downtown historic Norfolk, Ocean View Golf Course, Waterside, and Ikea. 30 minutes from Virginia Beach Ocean Front, Aquarium, and Waterpark. Property has five exterior, actively recording video cameras, including two doorbell cameras at both exterior doors that record video and audio (required by licensed City of Norfolk short term rentals). An interior noise monitor on the first floor records decibel levels (no audio/video), also required by the City of Norfolk. Master bedroom toilet was not flushing properly, the handle was loose, so we had to monitor the water tank manually which is inconvenience. During our stay, the host contacted us a few times including asking to put the trash can out for pick up, washer/ dryer repair man come to check the dryer, picking up amazon package from the front door, so I just felt a bit disturbance. Overall, it's nice house and convenience location for family beach vacation. ##### Kate P.
