"The house is clean and has everything you need. Two dining tables each sitting 6, but we managed to squeeze nine of us round the oval table each time. Downstairs bedrooms are cool, upstairs rooms get hot, could do with fans provided. The kids enjoyed playing in the garden. Stairgate installed upstairs which is great. Rustington is a lovely little town! Great walk from the house to Littlehampton along the seafront. Hot water seems to switch off at 9.30am so be sure to change the setting on the Hive box to boost it if you would like a shower after that time!"
