« The property felt like home,the property was clean,my kids loved their room. We had fun playing with the games there and the indoor pool was lovely thanks to the swimming inflatables left by Elaine. The guide book made it easy for us to decide on where to go and where to eat. It was a lovely staycation. My family and I will love to be back in the nearest future »

« Really lovely stay. Perfect for us. Spacious, clean, private and quiet. The hosts, Andy, Sue and Toni are lovely people and couldn’t have been nicer. Nice quiet area, walking distance to the local pub. Ticked all our boxes and we had a really lovely week. Would not hesitate to recommend or come back to if ever in the area. There’s so much nearby too. »

Only one problem my wife and mum had that was they couldn't reach the on and off switch on shower Only being 4 foot 10 took me a while getting used to the vibro app never had to use before but i am of a certain age. « This was a lovely stay had games for the kids and has got the best chippy 6 minute walk got pubs park restaurants to close to shops we was provided bedding towels to I will definitely be coming back here »

« Overall clean, welcoming, cosy and well appointed. We liked the decking area with gate, useful for sitting out and for the dog to sit outside safely. We couldn't work the oven so instructions in kitchen would have been good. Otherwise we were very happy with everything. »

« We had a lovely stay in this chalet in Mundesley. The location was ideal to go to the beach, visiting Cromer and National Trust locations. The property was clean, well stocked and very quiet. Having the local Tesco around the corner was also very handy. Would definitely book again. »

"The team at reception and at the restaurant (dinner, breakfast) were professionals and very kind. There is a big issue with housekeeping : we stayed with a baby during 5 nights and we had to show we were upset: then they cleand our room ! In fact they never used the vacuum (but we asked for because the room was very dusty ) snd they made the befs only once in 5 nights !!!! 200 euro per night : the cleaning doesn’t deserve this money !!!!"

"Le lieu est absolument magnifique, la propriété, le parc, les arbres. En revanche les lieux de restauration ont clairement besoin d'un manager. Malgré le nombre conséquent de personnel, le petit déjeuner n'était pas régulièrement fourni. Les employés sont cachés à droite à gauche, occupés à plier des serviettes en discutant ou en consommant des bouteilles cachées dans les placards... Un soir nous avons attendu 1h notre commande de repas alors que nous étions avec 2 enfants. C'est vraiment dommage car le lieu est magique et mérite mieux. "
