« The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

« We ( John, Kim and dogs Rocket and Bobby ) enjoyed a fabulous week at Sunny Cottage. The cottage is perfectly located in the village that itself has the essential amenities - a shop and a pub. The enclosed garden was a real bonus for the dogs and the property itself was clean and comfortable and included thoughtful little touches for the dogs. »

« Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. « We had a great week despite the weather doing its best. Only two adults staying but not enough seating in sitting room for 4 to sit comfortably. Ideal situation in centre of quiet Winterton. Opposite tea room is good and fish and chips from chippy next door is the best, generous portions too. Beach is 5mins away with beautiful walks off the beach through the dunes as well. Been twice before and already booked for next time. »

« Lovely apartment with dedicted parking, such a bonus. Clean, nice furnished and well equipped. Only negative comments would be that the outside space needed tidying, hedge in want of a trim to open up the view and patio furniture needed good clean. Would recommend this apartment to anyone with no mobility issues. Walk into town was either hilly or up and steps (59) to the coast path. »
