"I made room reservations for Nome, AK 3 months in advance with the hopes of finally fulfilling my promise of spreading my parents ashes where they had spent their honeymoon. Unfortunately the day before I was scheduled to check-in I found out that my brother had scheduled the wrong flight dates causing me to make a necessary last minute cancellation. Sadly I was still charged for the 2 days as per your fine print. Thanks for nada."
