« The stuff was rude when I came in. Our bathroom was also not good. The shower was broken and it did not work well at all. »

« The rooms were extremely clean, and I appreciated the tile floors in rooms over carpet. We had complete control over the thermostat, which was nice. The hotel was in walking distance to Hook & Lime, Bobo’s, and Rocco’s pizza, which were great restaurants. Breakfast was very meh. I would not spend extra for it honestly. Day 2 of 3 the breakfast left us feeling sick to our stomach. Weekends they do a buffet style and weekdays they do sit down style. The food was better on weekdays sitting down....

« The room was not vacuumed very good. The counter in the kitchenette were dirty as was the dishwasher buttons. The top of both dressers were dirty. The tv in the living room had lights shining through the screen as if the tv had been damaged. The front desk person was griping about the phone ringing. »

« We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. Food was either empty or almost empty. I didn't see anything get refilled. Scrambled eggs were cold. Juice machine is also broken. Used the "hot" water to make tea, it was cold. I...

« We chose this location because of its proximity to the Blackstone Neighborhood and its pool. The rooms were clean, though our garbage was not emptied once in the 4 days that we were there. The biggest issue that we had with this property was one of the front desk workers. It got to the point where we would think of alternate routes to avoid walking by the desk. She would admonish our children for walking back from the pool, talking at normal volumes, and even went so far as to use profanity...

« Breakfast is terrible. The eggs were chewy, the bun was crusty and stuck to the bottom of the whatever it was in, no breakfast sausage, warm orange juice, plain cereal, no bagels, maybe if you want bread for breakfast this is the place for you. The butter is rock solid and the microwave will lock your food away. The waffle maker fell apart. The renovations they are currently undergoing resemble the landlord special. I will say though, that water pressure was bomb, the tub couldn’t drain fast...
