The friendliness and support of the staff has made this miniature hotel really a “home away from home.” At any time I feel more like I was staying with a relative than staying in hotel. The true is the Vancouver hotel is not as luxurious as other pricey grand hotels but if you are looking for a convenient, clean, quiet, and peaceful place for a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for their hospitality! The room was carefully decorated by the family and was very comfortable but the best part was Tuan's effort to ensure we had a good time. He arranged for us to have Pho for breakfast and helped us get a driver for the day so we could explore the city which ended up being such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel and will bookmark in case I ever come back to Ninh Binh!

Clean and friendly hotel. Manager was extremely helpful helping us change a Vietjet flight that had been cancelled. He was on the phone for over an hour with Vietjet.

Location is good, a lot of small restaurants around. Very nice and helpful staff at the front desk. Breakfast is fine. No elevator for the elderly but staff help you with your luggage

Great host and comfortable stay
Great host, Mr Tuan went above and beyond to help. Helped with deliveries I had to the hotel. Great recommendations on activities and food. Rented me a scooter and helped with practicalities for my journey to Pu Luong national park. Room is very comfortable and clean. Exceptional value. Breakfast was fresh and tasty! Thank you!

Great service and hospitality. The only downside might be that they do not have an elevator/lift; hence, not ideal for those who are not able to walk up flights of stairs.

Great Facilities good location
Great hotel centrally located in Ninh Binh . Feels like a 4-5 star hotel . The couple who owns, speak good english ( hard to find in VN) . They coordinated my trips and a ride to Hanoi. Breakfast is ok. Cons - No elevator (i was on 3rd floor), the window looks directly to the neighbor building so you can leave the curtains open.

EXCELLENT
When visiting a small town you expect the hotels to be not very good. This hotel had good reviews, but I was surprised that the hotel more than lived up to them. The hotel was clean and the rooms are redecorated every year. In particular the manager was more than helpful arranging sight seeing trips and our bus for on ward travel to our next destination. So our stay will be a long treasured moment from our visit to Vietnam.

Even before we arrived, we found Tuan was very helpful trying to ensure we had a smooth arrival. He was very helpful and informative when suggesting what we can do and see. They were very happy and pleasant to deal with, their kids are so cute too! I would highly recommend this family run hotel to everyone as we had everything we wanted at ease with them.

Spotlessly clean. Nothing was a problem for Mr Tuan who arranged a motorbike and transportation to Hanoi Airport. Breakfast from an a la carte menu was very good. Some form of transport or tour is required as sites are scattered around the Province.

Vancouver Hotel is Excellent!!
Service was fabulous. The hotel arranged our tour and took care of all our need. Highly recommend this location, especially if you want a good nights sleep after a long day of sightseeing!!!

Lovely clean small family run hotel. We felt very welcomed and a tour to suit the time we had here was arranged for us. We were able to return and shower before being taken to the train station.

Cosy hotel in convenient location, awesome staff
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel management was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us with arranging local transportation, food, tourist info, and pretty much everything else during our stay. They made our stay hassle free, exceeding our expectations. The manager even helped us order food at a delicious local restaurant! The room was clean, well stocked with amenities, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ninh Binh and vicinity.

What a charm!
One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Beautifully decorated and ultra modern. Wonderful attention to detail. The only thing equal to this hotel is it’s staff. So very helpful and polite. Stay here.

Amazing Hidden Gem
Best hotel we have stayed in so far on our trip to Vietnam. Everything about this hotel has been done to a high standard , the room was lovely, comfortable, good breakfast . Central Ninh Binh good eats all around (cafe thong) The owner organised two mopeds and drivers for two days to see TamCoc and Trang Nah this was fantastic they took us off the tourist trail and showed us real Vietnam Well worth a stay

Good hotel in beautiful Ninh Bihn
We had two days and one night in Ninh Bihn and stayed at the Vancouver hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, service is excellent. Good breakfast and you can rent a motorbike (scooter with automatic and electric starter) for 7 usd. Very recommended to get to see all the beautiful surroundings of Ninh Bihn. We only regret that we didn't plan for more days here.

Beware the stairs!!
This hotel has no elevator. We stayed on the fourth floor and it was a workout getting to our room multiple times a day. Otherwise, the room was nice (although the shower could use some updating/improvement) and the hotel staff was really nice and accommodating. The breakfast was also pretty good with plenty of options. All in all, I would recommend it. However, I would try to get a room on the second floor, if at all possible, unless you like climbing stairs.

The hotel is a great place to stay, the room was very clean room and the bed was comfortable. The manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and set us up with a wonderful English-speaking guide (Chuong) and a driver (Thiet) to go on a three-day-trip. He also gave us information about what to do in the area and booked a bus ticket and a train ticket for us and thankfully took care that we got on the right bus. Highly recommendable!

Great hotel
We only stayed one night to make the most of our tIme in Ninh Binh. It was a very inexpensive hotel that has been recently renovated meaning that it's brand new. It is a family run business that are extremely helpful and will offer recommendations on the surrounding activities and restaurants. Very highly recommended.

Great hotel, comfortable with helpful staff.
Very comfortable, king sized bed, new aircon, good breakfast included, very helpful and polite staff. Can and will organise just about anything you want. Can hire scooter, bicycle or driver from front reception. Good laundry service. Most of all personal treatment and attention by staff to make sure you get the most out of your stay. They even carried our luggage to our room and gave us a freash orange juice on arrival!

Exemplary is every way!
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Greeted with a glass of fresh orange juice and shown to our upgraded (free of charge) suite. The staff then helped us plan our stay in Ninh Binh - arranged for a private scooter tour with a local guide. My husband and I both agree that it was the highlight of our time in Vietnam so far! The bed in our suite was incredibly comfortable and the breakfasts in the morning were delicious! We were sad to leave this hotel and the welcoming staff! Highest recommendation to stay here!

Clean room with great service
Ninh Binh felt pretty quiet compared to Hanoi, but we were only there for two nights. The hotel was in great condition, and the staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation and answering all of our questions. If you're planning a trip to Ninh Binh, The Vancouver Hotel would be a good place to stay while you're there.

A lovely small hotel. Staff friendly, helpful .Our time there was relaxig . The room was very clean and the fittings tasteful. When we arrived all our tours were organised for us and our train to Hanoi booked. It was lovely to be in the hands of someone who knew the area and how to get the best out 3 days. Very personal and homelike.

Lovely Hotel!
We had an amazing stay at the Vancouver Hotel. The staff is SO friendly and helpful. It was the perfect relaxing stop on the way south from Hanoi. I have stayed in boutique hotels all over the world and this was surely one of my favorites. All the comforts of home, and a soft fluffy bed. If you are in Ninh Bin, stay here.

We loved our stay at the Vancouver David and his staff are wonderful they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable,the rooms are clean and spacious the bed is the most comfortable bed we have had in Vietnam and the bed linen is crisp and clean,the bathroom is clean and the shower is hot,the towels are thick and fluffy,the breakfast is great you have several choices and if you are wanting more that is not a problem,you can rent a scooter to do your own thing or David and his staff can also arrange tours for you,it is a small family run hotel and because of this you feel very welcome, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family if they are traveling to Ninh Binh and I would stay here again and again
