The only drawback I encountered was the access road to the hotel. The narrow road can become quite crowded with vehicles during peak tourist drop-off and pick-up times in the mornings. "The most wonderful staff and absolutely beautiful hotel. We booked the design suite with the bath and enjoyed that very much given the cold weather. We loved the pet friendliness as we were able to hang out with sweet dogs and cats while we were there. Really recommend this hotel - you won’t be disappointed!"
