"Very dirty room… there was a big bug smashed on the wall, the jacuzzi had lots of hair in it, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, there was a cigarette butt on the pullout mattress. Also no continental breakfast, as stated. "

"We picked this hotel because it had a pool. Apparently owners decided to close the pool for maintenance the day before. We had 4 kids very excited to swim. There were less expensive hotels without pools closer to where we were going & I asked for a discount & the staff member said she would pass along the request. No response & so far no discount."

"Hot tub didn’t work. The whole place was being renovated so a mess is understandable but there was trash and debris everywhere left to be blown around by weather. Tracked all inside, seemed to be a lot of folks sitting in their cars in the parking lot. Did NOT feel like a safe environment. Just found out today (and the only reason I’m writing this review because now I’m pissed off) That my deposit was charged? I never got a notification or receipt or anything? I called and they send me 3 screenshots of a door and started yelling at me on the phone when I told them it was just screen shots, like what am I supposed to do about that??? And let’s not speak English. Ok. I will never ever be coming back to this disaster. "
