The flat is in a prime location within few minutes walk to the city centre, walking district Pietons, and old town and has direct access to the main Promenade des Anglais, Beach is just across the street, Public and Private. Air conditioned AC throughout. The building is 200m away from the world famous Negresco hotel. Buses, to the airport and other towns in front and the new tram stops on street behind the building. Railway station about 15 min walk or a bus ride which takes you to Cannes, Monaco, St Paul de Vence and many other towns as well as the Italian Riviera and other Italians cities. Close to the fascinating old town (Vieux Nice), famous for its flower, antique and vegetable markets that turn into lovely restaurants in the evening. NICE caters for all tastes, rich with museums, art galleries, opera house, music festivals, water sports, Golf, Skiing and the mountains are an hour away. Main bathroom has a bidet and power shower and a large shower enclosure, Second bathroom has a smaller shower cabinet. Both bathrooms are tiled wall to floor. Each guest will have. bath and face towel plus bath mat for each bathroom. Beach towels are provided in season. Complimentary toiletries, hand soaps and some essentials are provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee makers, toaster, washer/dryer, fridge/Freezer. We also have beach chairs to take to the beach. Bedrooms section is at the back of the apt separated by a glass door to give you peace in the living room when settling for your meal and/or glass of wine. Living Room is an open plan with kitchen and dining area, very spacious and comfortable. In short I assure you a very pleasant stay. The beach clubs across the street do create noise at night which can be heard in apartment, but location and views of water made up for it. All in all a great place to stay in Nice. Showed us around the apartment & how to use everything. The apartment is beautifully appointed & well thought out to have a nice vacation with family. There were even beach towels to use! Location is 2 minute walk to the beach & about a 25 minute walk to the downtown area. 4 minute walk to a grocery store was handy. Enough dishes & pots/pans to use daily. Air conditioning was nice & cold. The owner has thought of everything! Also, the apartment was very clean. All in all, we were so very happy with our stay & highly recommend!! ##### Michele D. The living room overlooks the Promenade des Anglais on floor 1 (floor above the ground floor). The kitchen, dining and living form a great room w lots of light and ventilation. The bedrooms have windows but no real view. There was plenty of room for 2 of us, but we used all of the rooms for dressing and storage. ##### Jeffrey G. So wonderful to sit in a lovely apartment with air conditioning and enjoy the views of the beach and the Promenade de Anglais while sipping wine in the evenings. Francine, the property manager was a godsend when our little one got sick and she helped us navigate a doctor coming to the property and then helped us with the pharmacy to get her prescription filled. We enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the promenade and all that Nice has to offer. We loved our stay. We look forward to returning again and staying there. ##### teresa w. Nice apartment with good hosts and many wonderful shops just steps away. Try riding a bike along the promenade or to the harbor. ##### Kevin G. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade. We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon. Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions. Overall, a wonderful stay! ##### Sarah E.
