Lovely Apt in a style which is contemporary yet classic, this beautiful apartment benefits from a terrace which is a rarity in the centre of Nice. The location is perfect - hyper central on a prestigious and charming street amongst the most luxe boutiques in Nice. Everything is a short stroll away - restaurants, shops, bars, bakeries etc. plus the pedestrian zone and beach; yet this apartment is situated in a quiet spot and is perfect for two couples or a family.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM 1: The first bedroom is washed in natural colours of beige, sky blue and deep pink. It is highlighted with a backdrop of natural linen curtains and headboards, along with a beautiful antique style, black topped bedside table. There are two single beds at 120cm each (instead of the usual 90cm). A silver double-headed lamp is set in between for convenient bedside reading.
You will find an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower complete with multi body jets and rain shower head. A hand sink, heated towel rail and a high powered hair dryer are also available. There is an integrated closet area with a full length mirror, as well as direct access to the wrap around terrace and pantry with a washing machine combo dryer.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM 2 The second, master bedroom, is set in colours of cream and black with a touch of luxury throughout. Cream coloured, crocodile patterned curtains are held by black feathered tie backs and crystal hooks; the look is completed with glossy jet black side tables, silver footed side lamps and a 160cm (British King/ American Queen) bed. All topped off with crushed velvet noir pillows and a faux fur throw. A soft white canvassed painting graces the wall to bring all the elements subtly together.
There is a modern, ensuite bathroom with full sized bathtub, shower, toilet, hand sink, heated towel rail and high powered hair dryer.
There is also a full length mirror, integrated wardrobe area and extra shelving space which offers plenty of storage for two. There are shutters and curtains on every window to allow for sleeping in late.
LIVING AREA: Aptly named Amour Violette, Cupid and Venus sketches grace the walls of the living area where a deep violet wall takes centre stage. The living area is open plan with the dining and kitchen areas. The space is open with large French windows facing both the small interior impasse and the private terrace.
The space has been thought out to allow comfortable lounging for 6, with a fabulous sofa for 5 as well as 2 reading chairs affording plenty of space to relax.
A large 36in energy efficient LED flat screen provides ambiance and entertainment with an integrated French cable, WiFi, and DVD wall mounted system. There is also a small library of books and games available for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The sofa can also be transformed into a double 190 cm bed. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 6 people comfortably.
BATHROOMS: There are 2.5 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The bathrooms are freshly tiled in cream and dark grey stone. Each bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom.
The master bedroom ensuite has a full bathtub, shower, toilet and towel heating rail. The twin bedroom has a large walk-in shower with multi jet massage and rain head, a towel heating rail, no toilet.
Both bathrooms have a mirror, hand sink and a high powered hair dryer.

KITCHEN: The fully integrated contemporary kitchen includes everything you need to create a sensational meal. Finished in glossy grey cabinetry and white counter tops there is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and an electric ceramic hob with oven.
You will find 4 white leather breakfast stools for casual meals and a dining table large enough to sit 6 comfortably. 4 leather armchairs and 2 funky all white Louis XV chairs complete the dining set when 6 use the apartment, otherwise the extra chairs are are used in the bedrooms for casual lounging.

Guests arriving at the property via the free airport pick-up service do not have to pay late check-in charges at the apartment, but a EUR 10 extra charge still applies for arrivals after 19:00. Please note that an additional EUR 50 charge applies to all arrivals on 24, 25 and 31 December, 1 January, Easter Sunday and 14 July. An additional 58€ will be applied for all bookings that require sofa bed linen (4 guests or more).

Great location
Of the 4 places we stayed while on a 3-week vacation, this was by far our favourite. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed having our meals on the terrace. Our host was friendly and informative and the documentation provided (where to shop, things to do etc.) was very useful. The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Could not dream of a better place in Nice
Our host Anthony was very nice and helpful upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless and we had access to everything needed to have breakfast and occasional dinner. The apartment is really well located; minutes from Le Chemin des Anglais, museum, restaurants, and best shopping. Hopefully we will visit again! Thank you!

Very nice apartment
The apartment is very well located, close to the beach and the best restaurants in Nice. The bedrooms are good and with much storage space, the living room and kitchen are spacious. The balcony is nice although the table lacks a parasol, which would have been nice and the floor of the balcony had not been well cleaned from birds poop. We obviously recommend the apartment and the restaurant right in front: Cantine de mémé.

great location, good a/c,
while this is a 2bd 2 bath, the second bath is sort of outside the main walls, and was in not the best condition. work had to be done to paint over the peeled paint and water stained walls. if that were in better condition it would be a 5 star property.

Excellent location
The location was excellent: short walk to shopping and restaurants, the boardwalk by the sea, old town. Train station 14 min walk and 5 min walk to tram. Living room is as pictured. The cons to this place is the bathrooms: one bedroom with queen bed had en-suite with shower, sink and toilette. Second bedroom had twin beds which were not very comfy. The bathroom had sink and shower. In order to use toilette you had to exit the bedroom and walk across living room. Bathroom was very small. The sheets were not really very comfortable. The bedspread or a blanket was very stained and looked dirty.

Chic in Nice
This was our 3rd rental booked with Sunlight Properties and have to say the best in terms of location and proximity to excellent shopping ranging from your typical high street stores to some very individual independent boutiques. Excellent choice of restaurants within walking distance. Nice Ville station just a 10min walk away to whisk you away to the very salubrious Monte Carlo in under 30 mins. Don't leave your wallet at home you will definitely need it in Monaco!
The property as we've come to expect from Sunlight was well equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos you'd expect home from home. Beds super comfy too.
Would definitely book this rental again.
Special thanks to Hanna who met us at the apartment after being collected from the airport by the complimentary taxi service. Hanna very kindly settled us in and provided very useful tips and hints to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Cleanliness was not good
Kitchen , separate toilet & terrace was not clean on arrival
Mattress in the master bedroom was of poor quality
Door was very tricky to open
I did contact the property manager of my complaints
He Asked about the mattress as didn’t have any complaints before, I could feel the springs so cheap mattress
On his reply said he could order a new mattress
Couldn’t do anything about the door
Unclean wasn’t acceptable & arrange for cleaners to come
This would be Sunday or Monday, our week was up Wednesday
Had to say leave it !!
We cleaned the kitchen ourselves of what we were going to use
Washed out the microwave, handles as they were all sticky, benches & table top of which I have a photo of the wipe after I cleaned it
Fridge had a big long hair in it
The back toilet to be honest was filthy at the seat area , where the lid lifts up wasn’t cleaned and under the seat lid was un cleanable

Great location and good comfort
The apartment is excellently located. Well equiped and comfortable. It’s a first floor reachable by stairs only so be careful if you travel with elder ones.
The heat did not work the first day, it eas fixed by the next day. The washing machine did not work properly.

Lovely property and all facilities in the area.
The apartment was marvellous, big size for the five we are, the transport system, the shopping area, the Opera (which was the main reason to choose it as we have gone to work there), ... all the equipment was complete and the help we have received in everything we needed from the staff was perfect.

Wonderfull location and great service
Enjoyed Nice and explored surrounding area from this location, was joyful experience. Great service also from SunlightProperties, from booking up to leaving Nice.
