This luminous housing on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) consists of a living space of 30sq. The studio includes :   
\-a spacious living-room with a sofa bed and a single bed  
\-a well-equipped kitchen corner (coffee machine, oven, hot plates, fridge, kettle)  
\-a bathroom with a bathtub  
\-TV, Wi-Fi and reverse AC  
\-vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment  
\-a wardrobe  
\-air conditioning   
The accommodation doesn’t include a parking space but you can park on the “Nice-Etoile” Parking.
