The main house has a large living area, a tv lounge, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms all beautifully appointed and a well equipped Poliform kitchen. Downstairs is huge fully equipped utility/laundry room with table games and library.

Both house and pool have security alarm systems.
The villa is easily accessible from Nice airport to Monaco, Beaulieu, Cap Ferrat and Villefranche, it's a short drive to Eze medieval village in the hills or downhill to the coast and ports Beaulieu, Villefranche or Cap Ferrat, beaches, cafes, fabulous restaurants with recommendations
and the wonderful cote d'azur.
*Also available on request and reservation is the new STUDIO apartment, separate and self contained, with a mini kitchen and large shower room, ideal for guest couples, granny, nanny or teenage annex on ground level with a separate entrance.

Please noté there is an ‘end of stay’ cleaning crew (separate service) at a 250e supplement which is required usually upon arrival, if you would like further mid stay cleaning services or linen changes please send a request.
