Located on the 6th floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 21 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A 21 m² living room with a double sofa bed (real 140x200 mattress), TV, and a dining area \- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc. \- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) \- A bathroom with shower, washing machine, and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board, and iron. Outside: \- Shared, unheated rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views of the mountains and coast, open from May 1 to September 30 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. \- An 8 m² north-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy sunny days and the mountain views The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops and Cap 3000 (600 m away, voted the most beautiful shopping center in the world in 2022), as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: \- Nice Carnival \- The Cannes Film Festival and other events \- Events in Monaco (30 minutes by car) \- Pugets Forest \- Antibes & Juan-les-Pins \- Stroll through the old town \- Boat trips along the French Riviera Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private numbered parking space in the basement.
