Have breakfast directly above luxury yachts & colorful, small fishing boats, or enjoy evening cocktails as the beautiful port lights up before a night out. High quality furnishings, crisp white walls, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and glorious sea views onto lighthouse. Right at the waterfront Quai Lunel in the gorgeous quarter of the Old Port, on the foot of famous Chateau Hill. It’s a lazy 5 minute stroll along the promenade to Castel Beach, the Old Town. The apartment is in a historic 18th Century Niçoise Building without lift on either the 2nd floor of the Castle Hill entrance, or on the 4th floor from the waterside entrance. There is no elevator, you will have to walk up the wide staircase. The apartment is small, yet offers every comfort. The large living area is air conditioned, opens to the east facing balcony and a window with breathtaking sunrise views and morning sun. The balcony has two chairs and a foldable tiny table, perfect for a couple. A large couch and ottoman, TV, mirrored wardrobe for guest use, convertible coffee/dinner table. The open plan kitchen offers a large sized fridge and freezer and is fully equipped for any cooking or baking needs, with an induction stovetop, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and, most importantly, wine glasses and bottle opener.
