Cottage for 4 people - Surface area 50 m². - Entrance to living room, open kitchen. - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190). - 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190). - Shower room, separate toilet. Private terrace, parking. Charges included. Tourist tax extra. Independent wooden construction house with very low energy consumption (A+). 1000 m² of land with fruit trees and aromatic plants are shared with a 2nd identical gîte (n°6312) located nearby. Ideal for bringing 2 families together on vacation. The owner is keen to respect an eco-friendly approach. Rainwater is also collected for watering. Gîte located 5 minutes by car and 1/4 hour walk from the village. Municipal swimming pool, tennis, horse riding club nearby. Levens is a village overlooking the Var valley, close to Nice and the Côte d'Azur. Quick connections with the Alps road and the valleys of the Alpes-Maritimes, mountain leisure activities in summer and winter sports in resorts. Independent gîte on the hills of the Pays Niçois overlooking the Var valley
