### LE CAP II AP2027 by RIVIERA HOLIDAY HOMES

LE CAP II, a holiday rental apartment located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, is equipped to accommodate 4 people. It is situated in an upscale residence where you can fully enjoy the swimming pool and garden, overlooking the Villefranche bay.   
  
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a lift, and has a beautiful and large equipped terrace with a magnificent sea view.   
  
It consists of a large living room with a 140 cm double sofa bed and a 140 cm wall bed, with a dining area, a separate equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.   
  
You will be only a 10-minute walk from the port of Villefranche, 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants, and close to the train station and the beaches.   
  
Pets not allowed 1 parking space WIFI Internet A security deposit of 800€ is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.
