The views from all of the rooms and the terraces are spectacular. We spent hours sitting outside on the terraces watching all of the boats and swimmers go by. The location is excellent as well. It is charming with the mosaic floors, high ceilings and your own direct access to jump into the Mediterranean! We had a couple of issues during the week. You could not have a better view of Nice. The property is in a very nice location. It is a large villa, and the balconies are amazing. We came in winter, and had we come when warmer I would have sat outside much more extensively. The property manager is very responsive. We did have a few items we needed addressed when we first came to the property and the property manager addressed each item quickly and efficiently.
