Located in Villefranche-sur-Mer in the old town, LE BELVEDERE is a 46 m² holiday rental apartment equipped to accommodate 3/4 people.   
  
It includes a small equipped kitchen, a sleeping area on the 1st floor with 1 double bed (140 cm), a living room with a dining area and a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and toilet.   
  
The great plus of this apartment: a superb sunny terrace with an incredible sea view!   
  
Located 200 metres from the beaches and shops, you will also discover the 16th-century citadel and a museum (Volti or Goetz-Boumeester), the old town with Rue du Poilu. Numerous events are offered throughout the year by the tourist office.   
  
Animals not allowed A security deposit of €500 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorisation, no fees will be charged). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings. WIFI internet

#### Exceptional terrace 

The unit could use an update and the furniture is not good but when we contacted management about damaged deck chairs, it was addressed the same day. The location and terrace really is where this place shines. The check in process was well laid out and property management was quick to respond. We would definitely book this spot again. A slice of heaven in the heart of the old town.

#### The views from the apartment are breathtaking !

The views from the apartment are breathtaking with hours and hours of sunshine on the terrace daily Everything worked and it was clean throughout. Within 100 mtrs of train station, beaches, shops, and restaurants yet so quiet and peaceful. Could never find a better location. The entrance off the street is old but do not let this put you off.

#### Million Dollar View with no Parking

This is a fabulous apartment, perfect for two people. The view is breathtaking. Villefranche sur Mer is romantic and beautiful. That said, be aware that you pick up the keys in Nice, about 20 minutes away by car or train. The office where you pick up the keys is located in a pedestrian zone. The apartment is located in a walk-up building in a part of town that is completely inaccessible to cars. During the high season, be prepared to park up to 1.5 km away and walk up and down hills and stairs to the apartment. A bike was very helpful to commute back and forth to the car. If you can manage all this with your luggage, do not hesitate to rent this place -- it is worth the hassle. We plan to pack light and return!
