Central location, well kept properties and convenient! The bbq was also a nice touch. We will definitely return, and recommend.

Peaceful and relaxing!
My family and I had an amazing time. The trailer was like a mini home, much bigger than we expected. It’s was very peaceful and relaxing stay. We will probably be back next year.

The property was clean. Unfortunately the wifi did not work, the bedroom light was out, the kettle was problematic and the kitchen equipment was limited. There was no property information provided inside the property and no means to contact the host. Checkout information (only regarding garbage) was provided by text after we have checked out. Overpriced.

We appreciate all reviews good or bad!After you checked out housekeeping checked all the issues you pointed out and yes we agree that the light in bedroom was not working. Bulb might have fused and that can happen to anyone even in your house.As far wifi and kettle is concern, both things were in good condition and were working.As far communication is concern, you had already communicated with us via Expedia messaging system so I really dont know how can you say there was no communication.Anyways, thanks once again for booking our cottage.Much appreciated your business.Thanks and regardsAsh

We chose Falcon Cottages NOTL as a cost-effective two-bedroom accommodation near NOTL and Niagara Falls (the price was comparable to hotels but we wanted the separate rooms for sleeping). Communication with the property manager was excellent; it was easy to check-in and find our unit. We were impressed by the cleanliness an the size of the trailer/cottage. It worked very well for us (two adults, two children)—we were even able to host other family members for a visit in the living room after our kids went to bed. It was well stocked with most items you could need during a stay (reminder to bring hand soap/toiletries and towels, though). The facilities were great—our kids loved the pools. The bed and pillows were just ok, but we did appreciate that the master bedroom had a queen bed and not a double. The trailer got quite hot during the day (end August), but thankfully, we were out-and-about during most the day anyway, and it was easy to cool it off at night with the many fans/windows. We liked the location allowing for easy travel to NOTL and Niagara Falls. We would definitely recommend this property to people seeking two-bedroom accommodations in the Niagara area.

We LOVED our stay here! It’s much more cost effective than staying at a hotel in Niagara! We made several meals here instead of eating in restaurants for every meal. The kids loved the two pools. The unit is air conditioned and very comfortable, like a tiny home away from home. It’s about a 15 min drive to the Falls. We felt much safer being out of the busy downtown area. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and orchards. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights with kids while visiting the falls and wineries. The cottage and property were exceptionally clean and well maintained. There was a double bed in one room and a bunkie to fit 3 kids in another room. Also a nice kitchen and spacious living area. The best part is the 2 awesome pools. One is enormous and gives you that resort feel. Our kids loved playing there. We would definitely stay again. Be aware you need to bring your own towels but bed linens are provided.

Perfect
Everything was perfect. I am a picky person and no complaints. I will stay there again 10 minutes from Niagara on the lake and 10 minutes to Niagara Falls. Perfect location, peaceful clean, quiet, friendly, front desk, and maintenance personnel.

Bien situé entre les vignes et les arbres fruitiers , tranquille, propre par contre la literie est imprégnée de senteur de feuilles de bounce et la deuxième chambre n’est pas confortable parfait pour deux enfants

We really enjoyed our short stay at the cottage! It is a quiet, peaceful place in the beautiful area around Niagara on the Lake! One of the most beautiful spots I‘ve ever been to! And only a 15 minutes drive to the falls! Perfect for our stay in Canada!
