You will get 2 interconnected units (upstairs/downstairs) with an interior door. Both are fully renovated. Kids upstairs. Parents downstairs. Excellent for multiple families traveling together but need a bit of separation. We use hotel quality linens, high quality memory foam mattresses, amazing pillows and fluffy towels. 2 full kitchens, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms. New appliances. All pictures are recent and accurate of the offering and space provided. Neutral linens. Tons of towels. You'll get full access to a both apartments in Niagara Falls, NY with lots of parking spots! Netflix, Amazon Prime, WWE and MLB on 2 flat screen TVs. FREE OFF STREET PARKING! \[Getting Around\] 2.2 miles to the waterfall 1.7 miles to the casino Very close to attractions, bars/restaurants, night life, casino and more. This property is relocated in a residential area of Niagara Falls. Dirty towels: hair and dirt in the white towels. - fridge dirty: especially in the freezer. - mouse drops: it was found in the first lower room, next to the washing machine and the upper living room behind the sofa. - ya lower level white sofa was very dirty. -Insect: spider and dirty, dusty windows. - We left the property, We didn’t think the cleaning lady or the owner could fix these complaints because these hygienic issues are NOT something you fix at one time. - property should be ready and cleaned before visitors arrived and not waited for your guests to call the owner and complain. - Reviews are definitely faked. Things we didn’t like: house was not as clean as we expected, there was some dirt in the corners and windowsills, vent missing and lightbulbs out in the upstairs bathroom, the pots and pans and some kitchen items were very low quality, and there was no access to laundry machines. The house has two apartments. The second-floor apartment is in poor conditions but livable. The first-floor apartment is in very, very, very bad conditions, has a very strong moldy smell. Mike clued me into areas to explore, and the back yard was great for the kids. The neighborhood did not impress us in the beginning, but we didn't have any problems. I have bad knees, so I had some problems finding a comfortable place to sit, but no one else complained. About the property it's like two worlds exterior(kind of scary at the beginning) and interior(you can noticed owner has put lot of money and effort to make it a nice looking place with all you will need) We have some small discomfort with some of the cleaning on our check in inspection but Mike the owner took care of it immediately and he was always available if we need it... We were a Family of 9 so was good to be in the same place instead of being on separate locations during our trip.. Will recomend it to families of 8 or more... The property is located close to all the attractions with amble parking and tons of square footage. We traveled with 4 cars, 8 adults, and 2 children--and had room to spare. It's not the Ritz, but it is excellent value for the money. Lots of little extras added to make guests feel at home. Good communication with the owners prior to arrival, and during our stay.
