The hotel was extremely nice, beautiful pool area. We had a king room on the 10th floor that had a spectacular view of the ocean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

venlig mand i receptionen. Lille værelse med en dobbelt seng - vi havde bestilt familieværelse. Den første aften spiste vi buffet på hotellet. 45 min før de lukkede. De fleste fade var tomme. Det samme oplevede vi til morgenmaden. Hotellet var fuld af russere.

Amazing beach view from the balcony
TTC Hotel in Nha Trang was a quite good place to stay. Beach view from the room balcony is amazing. Room condition is almost perfect. It is clean and comfortable. Morning buffet serves a moderate meal. A little bit lack of variety of foods.

Unlike the warm welcome in Can Tho, this TTC wasn't very friendly; perhaps because they are most accustomed to other travelers. We were given a room with no working air conditioning. They offered us a fan, not a room change, and no adjustment in rate. To top it off they wanted the fan back at 7 am for breakfast. I got up early waiting for them to pick it up -noone came. Breakfast is ok. Their private beach closes at 430, which is not great. You can stay, but no towels or beach chairs. Request for late checkout would have cost another $60 USD for a few hours, online we could book a while night for less.

Staff polite and courteous but more skewed towards catering to Russian and Chinese tours. Wouldn’t take up any tour packages with hotel tour desk not very efficient better to go out or use TripAdvisor for that info.

Nice surprise in Nha Trang
Very calm spot. Not far from the activities. More quiet than other parts of the beach. The breakfast was very good and we took the buffet for dinner. Very good price and sea foods. They also have transat at the beach for free. The pool is very nice.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was centrally located and very close to the beach. A nice surprise was that the hotel has a section on the beach with chairs and umbrellas that were free to use. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view. One downfall was that there was construction closeby so there was some noise in the mornings. The pool and gym were nice. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of foods. The staff were helpful and polite. We would stay here again.

the hotel facilities were first rate and the staff was very friendly. The gym equipment got the job done and the pool area was relaxing. We spent many hours on the beach and found the beachside service, while slow because they had to run back to the hotel to get the drinks, was adequate. Only a few complaints. First, the cocktails left something to be desired. I get that making a Bloody Mary or a mojito is hard but neither a Malibu pineapple nor a gin martini are difficult drinks to assemble. Second, the location is about a 30 minute walk along the beach from town. It is nice to be away from the crowds but a pain if you want to eat dinner in town. Finally, there were a lot of times when the staff acted like they understood a request but in fact did not. It is okay to ask for clarification. Overall, we had a nice time but might stay a bit closer to town next time.

Beautiful view from the hotel. Delicious breakfast and room service meals. Loved the happy hour 2 for 1 drinks by the pool. Close to every thing.

Excellent hotel with really helpful travel concierge desk that we used to book train tickets to HCMC. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel is really close to the beach however is a short taxi ride away from most of best restaurants

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Nice pool and good gym. Breakfast was beautiful with lots of choices. A little out of the main area but we didn't mind the walk to have the quieter part of town to stay in.

We had a great stay ay this hotel, could not fault it at all and it deserves all of its four star rating, maybe more. Breakfast at the hotel was divine, with everything you can think of. Our room was smallish, but very clean and comfortable, which was all we needed.

We stayed at Michelia Hotel for 7 nights. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (Superior). The breakfast buffet, hotel service and amenities were all impeccable. Well worth the money if you ask me!

Does not live up to it's ratings.
we booked this place because it was listed as having a tennis court. In reality it does not have a tennis court but uses the adjacent courts. The only times they would let us play were between 10:00 and 2:00 when it was hot out. Kind of lousy. The carpets in our room were really worn and marked, felt like I was in a sleezy motel. The hotel location is not the best with only a few restaurants nearby, instead we had to catch a cab each evening and go into the food district. Breakfast was fine and hotel was decent. Pool area was small and did not get much sun and the water is unheated so a bit chilly for staying in very long. P.S. This hotel is very popular with Russians as is most of Nha Trang.

Overrated - but Nam is great
We were a bit confused as to why this hotel rated so highly. It is quite nice, but fairly underwhelming for the price. The rooms were standard hotel rooms, although the shower flooded the bathroom upon use. The highlight was the effervescent Nam, who worked at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful and quite hilarious. Thanks Nam for making the stay so fun

The hotel is lovely in most ways.. The pool area is very trendy but we didn't sit there, as Shania Twain was blaring out. The beach sunloungers were very comfortable, the beach staff attentive. You can order food from the beach but have to wait a while. Breakfast was very good. The location is round the corner from the noisy main road, where the beach is. There are shops and restaurants near the hotel but no beach bars along that strip.. You have to get a cheap cab to the main strip (Louisiane Brewhouse - highly recommended). Most disappointing was the room. We booked a superior room. Partial view of the beach/communications tower. Average room. Huge bed. Water flooded the bathroom floor when we showered. Staff, especially the tour information ladies, were excellent.

When taking a shower the water dripping all over, bads were hard and uncomfortable, the lady reception was rude and use bad manners. Would not recomment this hotel to anyone. There is planty of better hotels in Nha Trang than Michelia.

Great Hotel
Stayed here with a friend for just under a week in a twin pool view pool. The staff here were great, always smiling and friendly ( the door men in particular!). Breakfast was fantastic- heaps of variety to please everyone. The pool was a decent size though it was sometimes hard to get a pool lounge to lie on as they are limited . Our room was lovely and clean with comfortable beds. The only thing i didnt like about the room was the window between the bathroom and sleeping area which looked through to the shower and toilet.. the blinds on the window were too small and fairly transparent- which is fine when you are a couple but a bit awkward in a twin room when you are two friends. Location wise this hotel is close to the beach (which has a private hotel area) and within walking distance from the shopping centre and a few cafe and reteraunts. its also close to the market. It is a bit far out from the main tourist area where all the bars and things are but taxi will only cost about $3 US. I also should note that this hotel appeared to cater mostly for Russian tourists. I only say this because as an Aussie i found the Russian tourists to be quite rude and unfriendly- which was unfortunate if you love a chat like me!

Fantastic
